An MLM Book That Gets Results
Ok, maybe you’ve been doing MLM for a while, or maybe you’re fairly new and are looking for new ways to build your business. There’s a ton of information on the internet these days, and you might have ran across a few MLM books that are out there that say they can help you build your MLM. I’ve read several of these books, and the one that I favor the most is the MLM book entitled “Magnetic Sponsoring” by Mike Dillard.
Magnetic Sponsoring, in a nut shell, reveals some of the most crucial information that any serious MLM business owner should learn to develope in thier MLM adventures. By simply applyng the principles that Mike Dillard reveals, it is possible to have people “hunting you down” and asking you if they can join your MLM! How’s that possible?
An MLM Book That’s “Magnetic”
Now we all know the old routine about talking to your friends and family to join your MLM. Yawn. This tactic is outdated somewhere with the Chia Pet and the Pet Rock. What usually happens when this approch is used? If you’re like most struggling MLMers, it’s typically a “No” answer a majority of the time. But what if told you that you can actually atrract people TO you rather than chasing them away while they’re screaming running away? Here’s the deal. MLM business owners want to learn HOW to market their opportunity on the internet. There’s no way around that. If you’re not on social media sites like Facebook or YouTube, chances are that your potential prospects are being gobbled up by your competition, which is a really BAD thing!

Like I earlier stated, I’ve read several MLM books that state they can “build your downline overnight” and other ridiculious claims. But with Magnetic Sponsoring, by appling the simple techniques Dillard explains about being “magnetic”, you can build a team of faithfull followers that will join you in any business adventure you might be in.
The fact is that you don’t have to chase prospects, bug your family and friends, post fliers, hold hotel meetings, and spend way more money thatyou make. There’s a way for you to actually get paid to generate endless amounts of leads and actually have those leads ask you to join your business.

It’s no doubt that social media is all the craze these days. Heck, Facebook is the second biggest internet site (behind the infamous Google), and is growing everyday. And with the economy the way it is in the U.S., people are desperately seeking for new ways to make money. Enter MLM, or Mulit-Level- Marketing.
But what happens when you try to build your MLM on Facebook? If you’re new to either, confusion might set in if you don’t have the slightest clue to know how to use them.
MLM on Facebook- The Basics
When trying to build your MLM on Facebook, two things come to mind:
1- Be yourself (this is CRUCIAL)
Nobody likes to be sold on something that they have no interest in. I see new MLM business people doing this all the time on Facebook. They have the mentality of a sales person and only want to get people in their opportunity by constantly “pitching” their business everywhere on Facebook, (their wall, group walls, and even their friends wall). Marketing tactics such as these cry out desperation, and are unprofessional. DON’T do it!
2- People do business with people they know, like, and trust.
It’s true! Here’s an example.
Say your car breaks down and you need some work done. Let’s also say that your neighbor (who happens to be an ASE certified mechanic) agrees to help you out, but you’re short on cash to buy the part that you need. (this actually happened to me a few years ago when my wifes tires needed fixing!) What happens next you think? Right! Your neighbor who knows, likes, and trusts you does business with you by borrowing you the money for the needed part! Sound too good to be true? Not if your neighbors or friends are decent human beings! So how does this tie in with building your MLM on Facebook?
MLM On Facebook- Create Trust With Your Prospects
You might be thinking to yourself, “How in the world can I get a complete stranger to join my MLM on Facebook?” Great question!
Here we go! Facebook is a breeding ground for MLM prospects. You just have to learn HOW to use it! Remember in the beginning of this article when I wrote “Be yourself” ? Do it! By simply showing the real you, ( and I mean your thoughts, concerns, and sincerity) to your Facebook friends, they’ll get to know, like, and TRUST you.
The second half of the trust equation MUST be this though, you need to give VALUE to you potential prospects. What does that mean? By simply offering information on HOW to market, you’ll attract people TO you rather than offending them which could lead to people blocking you on Facebook! So be yourself!
MLM On Facebook-Putting It All Together
To summarize, it is possible to build your MLM on Facebook with the right training. Facebook is as they say a “cashcow.” By simply being your genuine self, you’ll attract like-minded people who have the same interest as you. Get to know your new Facebook friends. Ask them questions by getting involved. Remember, this is social media. You act like yourself in public, so let’s do the same online and learn about other people and their interests. This in turn will have a dramatic effect in your business!

Listen to this and tell me why you should not be part of this.
Call 1-712—-
3: “XYZ” has a stunning new pay-plan! ACT FAST NOW FOR FIRST MOVERS ADVANTAGE!! Break all your records with our amazing new pay-plan!
And so on and so forth. Here’s the deal…nobody cares!
If you learn and understand this simple yet powerful concept, the world of MLM could get a lot simpler in your life and your wallet could get fatter… people join people, NOT business opportunities!
Stop pounding your opportunity over your prospects head. People don’t want to be pitched another MLM. People want to learn HOW to market, how to get leads, how to talk to people. And most importantly… how to get sign ups!
So if you’re the person that’s on the internet trying ever so hard to recruit people in your MLM business by blatantly pitching your business to anything with a set of eyeballs…please stop. It plain ‘ol doesn’t work. Amateurs sell products and push them on people. Professionals market solutions and expertise, which attracts people to them.

Here’s the deal, this is my third article I’ve written about building an MLM business on Facebook. I’ve learned WHAT works, what KIND of works, and exactly what DOESN’T work. I’m about to share with you the DOESN’T work part of my experience, so let’s begin…
Don’t Spam Your MLM On Facebook
There’s no question that Facebook is the biggest social networking website on the planet bar none. You can find almost everything on Facebook, and believe me, some of it’s NOT pretty. What the best part is thought, is that there is a ton of niche markets on Facebook that are trying desperately to build their business, and MLM and network marketing are no exceptions. But one of the biggest misconceptions is that people who start trying to build their MLM on Facebook, think that they’re gonna have people joining their opportunity left and right. They’ll Spam they’re opp on their “friends” wall they’ll Spam it on the walls of MLM related groups, they’ll create “events” for business opportunities, and so on and so forth. Sorry to say, but those types of marketing don’t work! Tactics such as these are annoying for one, desperate, almost childish (the “mine is better than yours” mindset), and offer no true value of HOW to build your MLM.
Offer Value To Your Prospects on Facebook
Think about this for a minute. If your neighbor suddenly won the lottery, wouldn’t you be curious how he won it? Besides just being “lucky”, you’d most likely want to know how he did it. Did he pick his own numbers? Have a system, or just had the computer pick the numbers for him? I know I’d be a little curious if any of my neighbors did.
When it comes to marketing an MLM on Facebook, you should get the whole idea of “What’s in it for me?” thinking out of your head. MLM isn’t about me me me. It’s about helping your team of business partners successfully building their team, and so forth. Be a true leader when it comes to MLM by offering value that your team can use to duplicate their efforts so you can maintain a healthy downline.
